We are way ahead on Xmas
Kay, Kate (and Doug) did a fantastic job in making the night a truly great night. The whole place was decked out as if it was a real Xmas event. The lighting decorations on the table were magnificent
Shawn Cosgrove who came in briefly as the Deer Race caller, the two leading deers were Julia and Tony - with commentary such as: "Tony has Julia against the fence", "Rudolph is showing his behind" etc. Naughty but nice.
Reports were dealt with quickly and even Sergeant Bill's session was short.
This was followed by carols, accompaniment by Judith on piano - sitting down to sing carols was surprisingly less robust than when we sing standing up.
Food was delicious - turkey for main with cranberry sauce followed by miniature plum puddings and cream in a spoon
The Kris Kringle gifts provided lots of fun.
A big thanks from the fellowship committee - for making this a memorable social event with your Kris Kringles, your singing voices, your reports, your fun and humour, your partners/spouses and your fellowship.
