Golf Day 2010

Our club hosted its annual golf day at Victoria Golf Club on Friday 29 October in very warm and windy conditions.
Total funds raised in excess of $7,000 - congratulations to the Corporate Golf Team

The Australian Masters with Tiger Woods ,Geoff Ogilvy and many other top players was due to be played on the course less than two weeks after our day so the course was in simply superb condition.
We had a field of 75 players including two women's fours and one mixed group of Brighton North Rotarians.
Importanly twelve of the nineteen groups were corporates who supported our day and we thank those corporates being: 13CABS , Monahan + Rowell , Scanlan Carroll , Lanyon Partners , Kingfisher Recruitment , Stratacon Professional Recruitment & Tower Australia.
The winning men's team was from 13CABS and the winning women's team was Barb Gordon's team.
The day was a resounding success on the course as well as in the clubhouse with great food and fellowship after the game.
Importantly the club raised at least $7,000.
